Uru Adania was founded by Alev Dervisoglu with a long-term vision: combining years of manufacturing experience, strong engineering foundations, and a family-driven approach to build meaningful spaces and lasting relationships.
For more than 10 years, Alev Dervisoglu and her husband, Gokhan Dervisoglu, have been building and managing Minova Aluminyum, serving both the Turkish market and international projects in the aluminum doors and windows industry.
Today, while Minova continues to grow in Turkey, Uru Adania represents the next chapter — bringing that same experience, craftsmanship, and manufacturing know-how to the United States under the leadership of Alev Dervisoglu.
